My khmer capacity

Sometimes, I am worried about my Khmer capacity.
I studied the basic of Khmer language already in Japan and now I stay in Cambodia.
Everyday I talk with peole in cambodian.
They look glad that I speak khmer.
I can hear people say, read and write some khmer language.
However of course my capacity is not enough at all.

For the development of my capacity, how should I do next?
For learning it more, should I memorize the unknown words in my note as before?
I feel this action will be an obstacle to the normal talk.

But If I don't do anything, will this poor condition be still ?
My some khmer friends know I study khmer language, and talk to me normally.
I feel happy if they think so because they put confidence in my capacity.
However, sometimes or more, I can't understand the meaning.
For hiding my poor capacity, sometimes I make the smile face for them baecause
I am afraid my attitude will take all the fun out of the party.
I know it is not good way for the advance, although I try to listen to the conversation and seek the plot.
I feel uneasy.
If we have the another purpose, it may be not necessary to learn khmer more and I may be also, but really I want to be good at using khmer.
I don't want to use English as possible.

Please tell me, if you have a good way to learning the foreign language.

Stay in Khmer new year

In khmer new year, i stayed at Battam bang.
It was the first time to stay in khmer new year and go to Battam bang.
I understood this town was good city for living and sightseeing.

I really enjoyed the short home stay there .
Because I made new sampot for the new year, wore it and went to the wat with my friend's family.
On the road, I threw the water packs to the people with children.
In night time, I went to see the game in Wat with my friends.

I would like to keep these good memory in my mind forever.

The rainy season

When I was in Battam bang for the khmer new year, i felt the rainy season was coming because alomost every day it was raining a lot.
My clothes were a little bit wet in all day.

However, In Siem Reap, Everyday it was sunny.
it was too much hot.
Especially, since 12:00 - until 16:00.
I heard this month is hottest in 12month, but i was really surprised.
But yesterday in the morning, i heard the big sound of water falling.
Usually, i don't like the rain, but I was so happy.
After raining, it was easy to walk around.

バッタンバンですごしたカンボジアのお正月はとてもよかったです。

お寺で占いをしてもらいました。
わたしのカンボジアでの生活ではいろいろなものを得られるようです。
よい運勢のようでうれしかった。
砂糖と蟻の砂糖のようなものってどういうことかな？

プノンペンより

用事があって1週間くらいプノンペンに行っていました。
首都はすごいですね。
見るたびに新しいものが増えている。

また写真をだしまーす。

I came back from phnom pen.
Everytime, I am surprised at the big investment there.
I took so many photos there and will upload in this blog.

新しいサンポット

新しいサンポットを作ってもらうことにした。
プノンペンではたくさん仕立て屋さんがあるらしく値段も
ピンからキリまでという。

ここシェムリアップでは選択肢は少ないけれども友達といった市場で、
気にいった布を何とか見つけられたのでお正月も近いから新調することにした。
以前作ったものを日本に忘れてしまったのだ。
（今度もってくるつもり）
前に作ってくれた縫い物を勉強している女の子に頼む予定で、採寸まで
してもらった。

以前作ったサンポットは無地でカナリアグリーンの鮮やかなものだったけれど、今度は
柄の入ったもの。少し光沢があって紫色で渋めだけれど綺麗。
友達に見せてもらったカタログは、サンポットから今風のドレスまで
さまざまだったが、わたしはやっぱりサンポット・ドレスが好きでそれを選んだ。

出来上がりを楽しみにしている。
前のもの、肩の縫い合わせがきつめだったから言わなくっちゃ。

そして「前より太った」って言われてしまった。。;)
